Madison County Man Indicted For Setting House Fire That Killed His Family

A Madison County grand jury has indicted a man who escaped a fire that killed his wife and two children and destroyed their home in 2008. 

59-year-old Peter Romans faces aggravated murder, murder and aggravated arson counts. Prosecutors say Romans intentionally set the fire that killed his 51-year-old wife Billi, their 12-year-old son Caleb and 16-year-old daughter Ami. No word on a motive. Romans denies the allegations.
