Bond is set at 4 million dollars for the Madison County man charged with setting the 2008 house fire that killed his wife and two children.
59-year-old Peter Romans has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges. Romans claims the fire was caused by faulty wiring in his vehicle and has sued the manufacturer.
