Prosecutors have filed charges against an eighth Olentangy Hyatts Middle School student in a case where bodily fluids were placed inside of food given to teachers earlier this year.
The 15-year-old is charged with complicity to assault a teacher. Seven male 14-years-olds were charged earlier this week. It happened during a class contest. An attorney for some of the suspects called it a prank.
