Columbus Fire Official Facing Sexual Harassment Allegations

The City of Columbus has placed Division of Fire Battalion Chief Joe Richard on paid leave amid allegations by several female employees of sexual harassment and other mistreatment. 

Police are investigating the complaints against Richard, who helped supervise recruiting. Officials are not releasing the specific nature of the complaints. Richard has yet to comment.
