Grandview Heights police have boarded up a property on Broadview Avenue that was the scene of a drug overdose death and the subject of nearly two dozen complaints over two-years.
A judge issued a preliminary injunction on the home, allowing authorities to close it down. Police have been called there about drugs, domestic violence, and burglary. A second hearing on the future of the property is scheduled for late November. 17-year-old Haleah Myers overdosed at the home last year. Three people have been indicted in that case.
