washingtonpost.com

The owners of a Cincinnati building that partially collapsed Monday say one person remains missing in the rubble.

Turner Construction Company says four workers were treated and released, while rescue efforts continue for a fifth. Cincinnati Fire Chief Roy Winston says the workers on the structure's fifth floor were injured when part of the building collapsed after concrete was poured on the sixth floor:

The site is located at West Fourth and Race Streets.
