Feds Say Survival Flight Workers Expressed Concerns Before Fatal Copter Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a report detailing complaints against a company whose medical helicopter crashed in Vinton County earlier this year.

It says several Columbus-based Survival Flight employees voiced concerns about management and operations, including pressuring pilots to accept flight assignments despite fatigue and unsafe weather conditions.  The fatal accident last January killed a pilot and two flight nurses who were transporting a patient to Grove City.
