Franklin County Sheriff's officials says deputies involved in a high-speed chase last November violated policy.
Authorities say deputies continued it without regard to public safety. The chase in west Columbus reached speeds up to 94-miles-per-hour and ended in a crash on Sullivant Avenue. One of the deputies, Lieutenant Ed Schillig, will now face a hearing. That deputy was also part of a pursuit last February that ended in the death of Arthur Smith on Hamilton Road.
