A man wanted for a 2013 murder in Springfield, and a rape charge out of Franklin County, was arrested Thursday in Dayton.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Walter Baker Junior was on the run for the past seven years for the murder of Ernest Edwards. Since 2013, Baker had been considered one of Ohio's most wanted fugitives.
