Ohio's governor and attorney general are taking steps to see whether the Sandusky County prosecutor who entered a guilty plea to negligent assault this month can be removed from office.
The plea deal allowed Tim Braun to stay on the job until next summer despite an investigation into accusations of sexual harassment. Five complaints by former or current employees say he created a hostile work environment and crossed the line with women at work.
