A Franklin County Sheriff's Sergeant who is under investigation for an altercation with Columbus Police was also removed recently from special duty assignments.
David Aurigemma was recently removed from working special duty at the request of a store manager. Documents show Aurigemma has been disciplined every November for the past three years for policy violations. Aurigemma was stopped twice on the same December night by Columbus Police, but the circumstances have not been made public.
