A former Ohio State University swimmer has added his name to the list of atheletes who have accused the late former team doctor Richard Strauss of sexual assault, abuse and inappropriate behavior.
Derek de Jong and three other men have filed a lawsuit. The suit accuses Ohio State of being "deliberately indifferent" to the abuse involving Strauss. A university investigation later found Strauss sexually abused at least 177 people between 1979 and 1997.
