Suspect In Death Of Former Voinovich Chief Counsel In Custody

The man indicted on charges of causing a drunken driving crash that killed the former chief counsel for former Ohio Governor George Voinovich has turned himself in. 

Vincent DePalma faces vehicular homicide and OVI charges out of the August crash that killed 58-year-old bicyclist Kurtis Tunnell on Scioto Darby Creek Road. A court date is pending.
