A Hilliard Davidson High School teacher accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old student has resigned and surrendered his teaching license as part of a plea deal in which criminal charges will be dismissed.
46-year-old Shawn Parsell was on paid leave for posting an inappropriate link for students onto an online learning platform when allegations surfaced about the October incident.
