Columbus police say the death of a 2-year-old last fall has been ruled a homicide.
Clifford Stark III died October 8th, a day after officers found him injured in a south side apartment unit. The autopsy and coroner's report says Stark had injuries including a lacerated liver, internal bleeding, a fractured arm and multiple contusions and lacerations. No arrests have been made.
