Piece Of Woodstock Stage Donated To Rock Hall
A piece of the original Woodstock music festival stage is being donated to the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland.
Owner Steve Gold attended the festival and says it was important to preserve this piece of music history:
When the 1969 music festival ended, the father of Gold's then-girlfriend bought the stage and turned it into a paddle ball court. Gold acquired those same pieces of wood three years ago and has repurposed some of it into necklaces and other collectibles.
