Bexley Orders Daily Residential Health Checks Amid Covid-19 Pandemic

bexley.org

Bexley Mayor Ben Kessler says one of the confirmed coronavirus cases in Franklin County  is a resident of his city.

Kessler is ordering residents to begin daily health and temperature checks. Any resident with symptoms of COVID-19 is ordered to self-quarantine until cleared by medical professionals. The city is temporarily lifting its plastic bag ban, encouraging fitness facilities and play spaces to suspend indoor operations, and created a task force for assisting with the provision of supplies to people under self-quarantine. The orders are in effect until April 6.
