A Cincinnati bar and restaurant has been shut down for violating Governor Mike DeWine's order to close.
Police say workers at the Queen City Lounge were given a warning after opening on Sunday night . Officers returned to Monday night, and found 40 customers inside. The person responsible for the incident has been arrested. The bar has been padlocked, and could lose its liquor license and food permits.
