Columbus police have identified the two people killed Tuesday morning in a crash on the north outerbelt.
Police say 62-year-old Albert Abaka-Sampson of Westerville and his 60-year-old wife, Helen, were killed when their vehicle was hit by a truck on the Worthington-Galena Road overpass. Police say the vehicle either slowed or came to a complete stop before being struck.
