The union representing more than 4 thousand OSU Medical Center nurses have filed a complaint with federal regulators, accusing the hospital of endangering their health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Ohio State University Nurses Organization says more than 85 workers have been infected. The complaint says the hospital failed to provide adequate protection and training. Hospital officials say they have yet to see the complaint.
