The owner of a Columbus restaurant says he will open on May 1st, despite state orders to remain closed.
The owner of Valter’s at the Maennerchor says the current stay-at-home order is taking an emotional and financial toll. He says carryout orders currently comprise a small fraction of what the business use to make. He says he will wear gloves, customers may place orders over the phone, and will serve five tables at a time.
