State Investigating Hit-Skip Accident Involving Marion County Judge

mariononline.com

The Ohio Attorney General's office is investigating a hit-and-skip incident earlier this month involving a Marion County judge and his wife.

Ohio Highway Patrol records show the two-vehicle accident happened just after midnight June 4th at the junction of State Route 203 and Somerlot-Hoffman Road in Green Camp Township.  Troopers say Judge Jason Warner was a passenger in a vehicle  driven by his wife when they crashed into a car driven by 19-year-old Colton Gray and then fled the scene.  Gray was treated at a Columbus hospital.
