The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has issued an Air Quality Alert for Delaware, Franklin Licking and Fairfield counties today.
The agency says the heat and pollution from cars and factories will combine to create unhealthy levels of ozone for sensitive groups including children, the elderly, and people with breathing difficulties. They are advised to limit prolonged or strenuous outdoor activity.
