circushouse.com

One of Columbus' most famous landmark homes has been sold.

The Circus House on Dennison Avenue has sold for over 870 thousand dollars. The owners plan to restore the property that was foreclosed on earlier this year. Built in 1895, the building was designed by famous central Ohio architect Frank Packard for Peter Sells, who owned the Sells Brothers Circus.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
