Local Man Pleads Guilty To Rape, Murder Charges

Sentencing is scheduled September 10th for a local man who has pleaded guilty to charges of raping three women and killing one of those victims. 

49-year-old Troy Hairston pleaded guilty to raping and killing 47-year-old Tonya Daniels last year, and to raping two other women in 2018 and 2019.
