A Circleville man allegedly used a Christian outreach ministry for the homeless to lure victims for sexual abuse.
Circleville Police say 56-year-old Hank Stapleton found vulnerable individuals who he then abused. Authorities have identified two victims and believe there are several others who they are asking to come forward. Stapleton is charged with rape and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
