The Ohio Highway Patrol says more than a dozen people were injured in a two-vehicle crash last night on U.S. Route 23 in Pike County.
Troopers say a pickup collided with a passenger van near milepost eleven. Ten people in the van were hurt and are hospitalized, while five people in the pickup sustained minor injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
