State health officials Monday reported 849 new cases of COVID-19 and eight new deaths.

The state now has 115, 651 cases and 3,986 deaths.

Ohio State University has issued interim suspensions to more than two hundred students for hosting or attending large parties, in violation of the school's COVID-19 ban on gatherings of more than ten people.  The citations were issued to 228 students on-and-off campus.  Some of the students have already been "cleared," and have been allowed to return to campus.
