Federal authorities have announced the arrest in Toledo of an activist accused of spending for personal use 200 thousand dollars in donations to what was represented as a Black Lives Matter charity.
The FBI says 32-year-old Sir Maejor Page, previously known as Tyree Conyers-Page, has pleaded not guilty to one count of wire fraud and two counts of money laundering in connection with money donated to a purported Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta group. Page and his organization were highly visible in summer protests.
