Orville-based J. M. Smucker Company plans to sell off its Crisco brand to B&G Foods, the company behind the Green Giant brand.
The deal is for 550 million dollars cash and manufacturing and warehouse properties in Cincinnati. So far, there's been no word on what impact the sale will have on Ohio employees.
