A Cincinnati City Council member has been arrested by the FBI on bribery and money laundering charges.

Jeff Pastor allegedly accepted 55 thousand dollars in bribes in exchange for votes relating to development projects. Agents say Pastor suggested dollar amounts for the bribes and told agents how they should pay him. Pastor has yet to comment.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
