Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan says he recently tested positive for COVID-19. Horrigan offered few other details in a statement issued Monday, except to say that his diagnosis came in the fall. A spokesperson would not elaborate. Scioto County Commissioner Mike Crabtree has contracted COVID-19. Commissioners say on social media Crabtree is hospitalized in Columbus in critical condition. No details on how or when he contracted the virus have been released.
