Two Lebanon Correctional Institution inmates have been indicted after guards discovered them building an escape tunnel. 25-year-old Dlaquan Millerton-Hart and 23-year-old Kyle Bonaparte face charges escape and possessing criminal tools. Bonaparte is serving a life sentence for a murder in Clark County. Millerton-Hart is incarcerated for a felonious assault and abduction in Montgomery County.
