Update: At around 10 p.m Friday, authorities canceled the Amber Alert saying Burke was located safely in Bloomington, Illinois.
Jackson Township police say Stinnett was arrested and taken into custody. He faces a felony kidnapping charge and a misdemeanor interference with custody charge.
Ohio authorities have issued an amber alert for a five-year-old girl from Jackson Township. Police describe Ana Grace Burke as white, 3'9, 55 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. They say she was last seen wearing a pink shirt and rainbow colored pants. Investigators say she may have been taken by Jonathan Stinnett, a 36-year-old white male in a 1991 Silver Ford Aerostar Van. That van has a Michigan license plate of EHL7187. Please contact authorities if you see the girl or that vehicle.
