A Kettering man is scheduled to appearin federal court today on charges of breaching security at the White House. Secret Service agents say Joseph Reel rammed his SUV into a light post and security barrier on Sunday in an attempt to spray-paint graffiti. Agents say Reel wanted to spray-paint a "Don't Tread on Me" snake. Reel has posted two videos on line featuring him making an anti-government rant and delivering a message to his infant son.
