Newark Police say they have charged a man with murdering another man who died weeks after being injured during an argument. 40-year-old Raymond Inman was charged after 33-year-old Michael Stoner died last Friday. Stoner died from pneumonia that developed due to a rib injury received while fighting with Inman earlier this month.
