A Columbus police officer who was fired for paying for sex while on duty is back on the force.
Randall Mayhew will forfeit 48 hours of paid leave and return to duty after completing training missed during his absence. Mayhew was fired in 2018 after pleading guilty to dereliction of duty for paying three prostitutes for sex. He was later reinstated by an arbitrator.
