The Delaware County Sheriff's Office won't be charging the YouTube personalities who gave up their adopted child for adoption again.
The case involves a Dublin family who announced in a mysterious video the child was placed in a permanent home. Myka Stauffer and her husband posted online last month about the child with autism whom the family adopted from China. At that time, she said the child had more issues than they'd been originally told, but said a different family was a better fit. After seeing the video, people became concerned about the child's well-being. Deputies say the case is now closed.
