Election Results Certified

Republican Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has certified the results of the presidential contest and other fall races.President Obama beat Republican challenger Mitt Romney by more than 1.1 million votes - or 50.2 percent to 47.3 percent of the vote. Democratic U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown beat Republican challenger Josh Mandel by nearly 327-thousand votes. Statewide voter turnout was 70.5 percent.
