The man charged with killing two U.S. Postal Service workers in Dublin has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.
25-year-old DeShaune Stewart was charged in the 2017 deaths of his supervisors, Lance Dempsey and Ginger Ballard. Psychologists determined Stewart had manic and psychotic episodes at the time and was not fully aware of his actions. He will be evaluated by the court to determine whether he remains a threat to others.
