Former OSU Program Director Says Racism Was Behind Her Termination

wikipedia

A white former Ohio State University program director is suing the school and her black former supervisor, alleging race was a motivating factor in her May 2017 firing.

Mary Faure says she was fired by Monica Cox from a College of Engineering program for failing to meet performance goals, despite positive performance and teaching evaluations. She says Cox frequently made racial statements and was fired after calling her on it. The school says it is reviewing the lawsuit.
