The state now has 137,405 cases and 4,415 deaths.

A Hookah bar in Akron has been cited for violating state COVID-19 health orders.

The Ohio Investigative Unit says Karma Café was issued an administrative citation over the weekend for failing to heed the state's 10pm alcohol curfew and hindering or obstructing an inspection.
