NetJets Pilots Approve New Contract Agreement

Unionized pilots with Columbus-based NetJets have approved a new contract agreement. The deal includes an average pay raise of 28 percent, gives pilots more scheduling flexibility, and maintains their health insurance benefits. The deal was reached after more than two years worth of negotiations. The union represents more than 27 hundred pilots. They have been frustrated with the company’s negotiating position, which began to change last June when NetJets hired a new CEO.
