Pataskala Man Pleads Not Guilty In Daughter's Shooting Death

A Pataskala man has pleaded not guilty to charges related to the shooting death of his daughter. 

Jason Massuros has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, child endangering and obstructing official business charges in the December death of his 2-year-old daughter.  Prosecutors say the girl's 6-year-old brother used an unsecured weapon to shoot her.
