Two People Charged With Violating State's Stay-At-Home Order

A Hamilton County judge has ordered the organizer of a block party in Over-the-Rhine be held without bond.  

Rashaan Davis was arrested for violating Ohio's stay-at-home order.  Cincinnati police say Davis incited hundreds of people to gather on Saturday night.  ------- Meanwhile a Toledo man is being held without bond after allegedly violating Ohio's stay-at-home order. Police say Christopher Kinnebrew refused to leave a weekend house party, despite being asked twice to do so.
