The City of Upper Arlington says its new police chief will assume the job on January 14.
Steven Farmer is currently a Lieutenant and operations bureau commander with the Dublin police department. Farmer will take over for Tracy Hahn, who resigned in September to become deputy chief of Ohio State University Police. Farmer was selected from a pool of 65 applicants.
