Corinne Boyer
Corinne Boyer is the health reporter for the ReSource. Previously, she covered western Kansas for the Kansas News Service at High Plains Public Radio. She received two Kansas Association of Broadcasters awards for her reporting on immigrant communities. Before living on the High Plains, Corinne was a newspaper reporter in Oregon. She earned her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon and interned at KLCC, Eugene’s NPR member station. Corinne grew up near the South Carolina coast and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. She has lived in New York City and South Korea. Corinne loves running, checking out stacks of books and spending time with her rescue cat, Priya.

Alex Hager graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He'll join Aspen Public Radio from KDLG in Dillingham, Alaska.

Kremer caught the radio bug while pursuing a journalism degree at UW-Superior. He dabbled as a student DJ at WPR’s “Superior Bureau” 91.3 KUWS. During his junior year, Kremer began what would be a two year reporting internship under the direction of WPR veteran reporter Mike Simonson. During this time Kremer won state, regional and national awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, Northwest Broadcast News Association and Public Radio News Directors Incorporated. After graduation, Kremer was hired on as News Director for WTCH AM-960 in Shawano, Wisconsin. Then in December of 2010, Kremer returned to WPR as a reporter and host of the regional call in show The West Side.

Lauren Bavis
Lauren a reporter and editor based at WFYI in Indianapolis. She maintains Side Effects' website, social media accounts (which you can follow on Facebook and Twitter) and newsletter (which you should sign up to get weekly). Lauren graduated from Towson University and moved to Indiana in 2012, where she began her career as a newspaper reporter. She reported on health and social services for the Bloomington Herald-Times. Her work has been recognized by the Indiana chapters of the Society of Professional Journalists and Associated Press Media Editors, as well as the Hoosier State Press Association.

Ryan Finnerty
Ryan Finnerty is producer on Hawaii Public Radio's local public affairs talk show The Conversation where he reports on local and state politics, business, economics, science, and the environment. Before coming to Hawaii Public Radio, Ryan was an officer in the U.S. Army stationed at Schofield Barraks on Oahu. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in economics.
