  • Andrea Muraskin manages the social media and website for Sound Medicine News, and contributes web and radio reporting. Prior to joining the Sound Medicine News team, she was a freelance reporter and producer, notably creating the radio feature series’ The Neighborhood Project, The Life Stories Project, and Constitution Indiana at 90.1 WFYI. Andrea was a radio coach for the Indianapolis-based youth media organization Y-Press, where she had the privilege of working with some of the world’s best teen journalists.

After 4+ years she moved to Columbus to escape the dessert heat and get closer to home. She loves the community and vibrant music scene in Columbus. She has worked for Columbus City Schools and non-profits, such as the YMCA of Central OH and I Know I Can (IKIC), before coming to work for WCBE in 2014 as the Office Manager. She says "this is the greatest job ever and I'm so happy to be part of the ‘CBE team!" She and her husband live in NW Columbus and have 2 daughters.
  • Elaine Korry is an NPR contributor based in San Francisco. From August 2004-June 2007 she worked as an NPR senior reporter covering social policy for NPR, with a focus on education, and on the lives of the nation's most vulnerable citizens — the homeless, those living in poverty, working in low wage positions, and trying to find their way to a more stable life.
  • Anna Oscard began her long association with WCBE as a volunteer on the children's variety show Kids' Sundae. While her daughter appeared on air, she assisted the engineer in the sound booth. That’s when she caught the radio bug. In 1994, Oscard was asked to write and voice Celtic news and calendar spots for the independently produced program, Toss the Feathers. In 2007, she became the host and independent producer.
