OAC Postpones Fall Sports
The Division 3 Ohio Athletic Conference has postponed all NCAA athletics competition through the end of the year amid continued COVID-19 concerns.
The ten-school conference - which includes Otterbein, Capital, Baldwin Wallace, and Wilmington - says it's committed to moving competition to the spring, with various models being discussed.
Fall sports postponed include cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis and volleyball. The OAC says winter-season sports will also not resume until January.
On Wednesday the North Coast Athletic Conference - which includes Denison, Wittenberg, and Ohio Wesleyan - also postponed fall sports.
