Ohio's State Employment Relations Board Sunday ruled the faculty strike at Wright State University in Dayton may continue.

The board was responding to the school's unfair labor practices complaint to end the strike, claiming it was unauthorized and workload complaints couldn't be included in collective bargaining. The union's attorney argued workload was previously agreed to separately from collective bargaining and the strike is lawful. The strike began last week after the union rejected employment terms in areas including health care and pay.
